Industrial buildings put insulation under pressure that a house never will: temperature swings, vibration, humidity, wash-downs and long unsupported spans. Closed-cell spray foam handles those conditions because it bonds directly to the substrate and forms a rigid, closed structure that will not sag, settle or absorb water the way batt insulation does.

Condensation and Process Control

In many industrial buildings the real problem is not heat loss but condensation. Warm humid air meeting a cold steel deck or an uninsulated tank produces dripping, corrosion and product loss. Applied at sufficient thickness, closed-cell foam acts as its own vapour retarder and keeps the dew point inside the insulation rather than on the surface, which stops the drip at source instead of managing it afterwards.

We also insulate tanks, silos, vessels and ductwork where maintaining a stable product temperature matters. Because the foam is sprayed in place it follows curved and irregular surfaces without the gaps you get from rigid board, and it does not need a separate mechanical fastening system that would create its own thermal bridges.

We plan industrial work around shutdowns, shift patterns and access constraints, and we co-ordinate with your other trades so the insulation goes in at the right point in the sequence.
