Why Commercial Buildings Choose Spray Foam

Commercial envelopes lose most of their conditioned air through gaps rather than through the insulation itself. Because spray polyurethane foam expands into every joint, penetration and irregular cavity, it insulates and air-seals in a single application. That matters more in a large building than a small one: the bigger the envelope, the more leakage points there are, and the harder your HVAC plant works to compensate.

In refrigerated and food-handling spaces, the priority shifts to vapour control, because keeping moisture out of the assembly protects the structure as much as the energy bill.
